Bikram yoga is a series of Hatha yoga postures (asana’s) & breathing exercises that can improve muscle strength, flexibility & help weight loss.
When I first walked into the door of your yoga studio early last year I would not have thought a year later I would be completely hooked. Yes I do remember my first class well, Nat was teaching, I was wearing completely the wrong clothes and I needed to tie up my hair as it was dripping. I can now breath in for over 6 seconds, hook my toe behind my leg in eagle pose, hold my leg in standing head to knee, see my toes (sometimes) in standing bow, and there is much more besides. You have taught me that Yoga is so much more than a fitness class. I think it may be with me for life now
